Jerry Cooke has been involved in various aspects of the international world for over three decades.    He served with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, where as an attorney, he represented the United States in the negotiation of international agreements with France, Germany, Japan, and other friendly nations.

 

He then assumed a position with the United States Department of Defense and was stationed in London.  For the next 5 years he traveled to various European capitals and participated in arms agreement negotiations with many of our NATO allies.  He also lectured extensively in Europe on various subjects of international interest.

 

After returning to the United States he ended his government service and began a new career as a consultant in the field of international defense cooperation.

 

Jerry participated in the negotiation of the first United States defense agreement with the Russian Federation, after the Soviet Union collapsed.  He also wrote numerous agreements with the Government of Israel covering areas of mutual interest to the United States and the State of Israel.

 

For 20 years Jerry was an Adjunct Professor at the Defense Acquisition University, in Washington, DC, where he taught defense personnel and defense contractors how to negotiate arms agreements with allied governments.  In addition he authored two books on the subject. In this regard he been a guest on the Joey Reynolds Show, WOR, New York.

 

Several years ago, Jerry developed an intense interest in China.  He thus embarked upon the study of Chinese history and culture, concentrating on the political, military, and economic challenges that China poses for the United States.  He has lectured extensively about China throughout South Florida and now brings a unique focus on the Israel-China relationship.

 

Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University and a law degree (J.D.) from George Washington University.

Sharon loves to be working with her father.  A bookkeeper for over thirty years and a voice over recording artist for over twenty years, Sharon is able to combine her personality for details with her desire to be creative is assisting her father with his presentations and lectures.  Sharon holds an Assoicates Degree from Maryland University.
